He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Bailey; his children, Shelly Smith, Wyatt Smith, Quinten Smith (Kelly) and Zachary Smith; his stepchildren, Kurt Bailey (Vonna), Ken Bailey, Karen Thompson (Tim) and Michael Bailey (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Courtney Anderson, Trey Smith, Summer Smith, Elliott Smith Hitchcock and Allie Stauss (Steven).
