He was predeceased by: his father Lee Crabtree. He is survived by: his children, Michael Crabtree (Samantha), Amanda Pemberton and Brittany Crabtree; his grandchildren, Allie, Alyssa, Jennifer, Becca, Emily, Aleythia, Audrena, Ayla and Austyn; and his siblings, Sherrie Crabtree (Gina) and Carl Crabtree (Dawn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
