He is survived by: his daughter Katrina; his siblings, Lori (Tony), Connie, Jeff, Craig (Sissy) and Gary; his grandchildren, Cody, Jaxon, Mia and Amani; and his daughter Mackenzie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
