He is survived by: his wife Laura Blankenship; his children, Jennifer Basiger (Eric), Elizabeth Tackett, Carl Tackett (Brittany), Joseph Blankenship (Samantha) and Jeremy Blankenship (Haylee); his mother Sandra Sealock; and his sister Connie Nahay (Joe).
