He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Miller and Kate Miller; his brother David Miller (Judy); and his daughter Penny Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his siblings, Richard Miller (Jane) and Catherine Schafer (Jerry); his children, Polly Baltzer (Tim), Jamie Miller (Gretchen) and Katie May; his son-in-law Dustin Hoffman; his grandchildren, Clayton (Rachel), Philip, Matthew (Madie), Anna, Micah Baltzer, Kaylee, Carter, Lydia, Abraham, Clark, Edison, Bella, Rosalie Hoffman, Tori, Isabelle, Macie Miller, Mikayla and Isaac May (Amelia); his great grandchildren, Josiah, Nathaniel Baltzer and Elsie May; his daughters, Teresa Hoffman and Karen Lovett; and his grandson Ryan Ott.
