He was predeceased by: his mother Victoria Saggio; his brothers, Louis Saggio (Gloria), Anthony "Tony" Saggio (Polly) and Chris Saggio Jr.; his parents-in-law, Nancy Manes and Bud Manes; and his brother-in-law Michael Vogel.

He is survived by: his wife Becky Saggio; his sons, Jason Hackett (Nikol) and Jeff Hackett (Sarah); his grandchildren, Riley, Cooper, Finley, Charlee and Owen Hackett; his brother Robert Saggio (Janice); and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Phillips (Jon), Laurie Whitley (Doug), Jenny McAndrew (Timmy) and Ron Vogel (Jill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ray's memory to St. Margaret of Cortona.
