He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Oppel (Tom) and Warder Poland; his siblings, Betty Wertz (Bill), Ruth Swick and Jerry Poland (Sharon); his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Anna Pauline McKelvey; his sisters-in-law, Carol Evans and Barbara Bennett (Robert); his nephews, Roger Orahood and Clinton Andrix; and his niece Teresa Wertz.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Adam Poland and Tiffany McFarland (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Trevor Dixon, Brittany Dixon-McFarland (Bradley Gooch), Nolan McFarland (Olivia Arnold) and AJ McFarland; and his brother-in-law Fred Evans.
