She is survived by: her husband Earl Chafins; her sons, Earl Jr., Robert (Lisa) and Randy (Tina); her stepdaughter Janice Hite; her niece Christine Kirk; her siblings, Naomi Kirk, Edna Stewart, Bessie Curley and Cecil Kirk; her niece Daphne; her grandchildren, Harrison Hite, Meshelle Cloud (Aaron), Elizabeth Hite, Jodi Bensema (Richard), Randall Chafins, Jr., Sara, Michael Chafins, Shawn Chafins, Robyn Chafins, Kaeleb Chafins and Marienda Chafins; and her pet Dusty.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fernwood Cemetery (460 Rowe Rd, Lockbourne, OH 43137).
