He is survived by: his children, Connie, Jeff Crawford of Hilliard, Debbie Stepp and James Isaacs of Ashville; his grandchildren, Kristen, Ava, Josh Snyder of Ashville and MiKinzi Skaggs of Hilliard; his siblings, Red Williams, David Williams of Columbus and Bob Williams of Southern Ohio; and his cousins, Darrell, Norma, Joey, Jenny, Justin, Christie Spradlin of West Virginia, Eddie Ray, Becky Spradlin of Chillicothe and Janice Hensley of Gainesville, Georgia. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
