He was predeceased by: his father Donald Pruitt; and his daughter Rhonda Pruitt. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Clingan, Donald "Donnie" Pruitt and Robert "Bobby" Pruitt (Sharon); his children, Charles "Rick" Gunn and Angela Smith (Donnie); his grandsons, Caleb Smith (Katherine) and Brett Gunn (Elijah); and his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Sophia and Eliza Smith.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in honor of Ron may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
