She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Geyer and Helen Geyer (Joseph R. Thompson, Sr.); and her siblings, Betty Gilliam, Ralph Geyer, Jesse Geyer and Clara Geyer.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph R. Thompson, Jr., Deborah K. Bennett (Stephen) and John M. Thompson (Ari); her grandchildren, Jennifer Brewer (Drew), Susan Thompson, Joseph Thompson III, Sierra Thompson, Joshua Bennett (Krysten), Justin Bennett, Kaitlyn Bennett, Sean Thompson (Brianna), Emma Fearney (Michael) and Maya Thompson; her great grandchildren, Cayla Yoder (Bryce), Kayden DeHaven, Logan Bennett, William Thompson and Henry Thompson; and her great great grandchild Emma Yoder. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
