He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Kozusko; his children, Wendy Migchelbrink (Craig), Chris Kozusko (Kathy) and Kara Pickerill (Steven); his grandchildren, Shaynie (Jaron), Austin, Courtney (Collin), Connor, Emma, Kate and Justine (Garrett); and his great grandchildren, Willow, Esther, Roan, Karson, Kaden and Kooper.
