She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Weis and Jennie Weis (Flynn). She is survived by: her husband Doug Smith; her daughters, Bekkah Schmidt and Rachel Eldridge; her grandchildren, Aiden Eldridge, Evan Schmidt, Leah Schmidt, Flynn Eldridge and Jacob Schmidt; and her siblings, Marcia Zachem (Mike) of Ashland, KY, Joe Weis (Rita) of Simpsonville, KY and Kathy Dawson of Ashland, KY. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Therese's honor.
