She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Metzger and Louise Metzger; her husband Meridon Charles "Chuck" Bent; her son Douglas Kimler; and her stepsons, Phillip and Kerry Kimler.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Thomas Bent (Kelly) and Steve Bent; and her grandchildren, Ryan Bent (Katie), Kellsey Iles (Jeremy) and Alex Weeks (Taylor). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
