He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Slater and Hermine Slater (Pommer). He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Fiorillo (Jim) of Port Murray, NJ and Susan Sewell (Jeff) of Columbus, OH.; his siblings' children, Jessica Fiorillo, Jamie Fiorillo, Tim Fiorillo (Sara), Hannah Sewell and Hailey Sewell; and his cousin Shannon Slater (Troy).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Myers-Woodyard Funeral Home (587 Main St, Groveport, OH 43125).
