She is survived by: her children, Steven Adkins (Misty), Krysti Hagerty (John), Jennifer Good (Ben) and Ricky Adkins; her grandchildren, Steven Adkins (Heather), Austin Adkins, Will Borchers, Ethan Hagerty and Landon Adkins; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Elliott Nicole and Quinny; and her pets, Callie and Baby Kitty. She is also survived by four siblings.
