He is survived by: his wife Lori Chaffin; his daughter Susan Allison Chaffin; his grandchildren, Hayden Rutter, Branden Rutter and Caroline Chaffin; his stepdaughter Rebecca Leadman; his sisters, Linda Hersland and Judith Worthington; and his aunt Susan Finch. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
