She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Rhinehart and Mildred Rhinehart; her husband Paul E. Hale Jr.; her grandson Frank E. Moore Jr.; her great grandchildren, Everett Lee Ebright and Kylie Cheyenne Fields; and her siblings, Charles Rhinehart, Thomas Rhinehart and Naomi Bowman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Sturgill (James), Peggy Fields (William), Mary Moore (Ronald) and Teresa Moore (Frank Sr.); her sisters, Sarah Rhinehart-Dunn and Elmira Rhinehart-McGoon; and her brother-in-law Mike Hale. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
