He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Ashley Ross (Jason), Amanda Bell (Eric) and Bryce Smith; his grandchildren, Avery and Addison; his brother Rick Smith (Rita); his nephew Solomom Smith (Elizabeth); and his niece Nadia Smith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Myers-Woodyard Funeral Home (587 Main St, Groveport, OH 43125). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
