She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shanks and Lucile Shanks; her husband James M. Briscoe; her son Jeff Briscoe; her grandson Jeff Briscoe Jr.; and her siblings, Helen Boyer and Dr. James Shanks.
She is survived by: her daughter Dianne May; her grandchildren, Cheryl Noxon, Laura Ridge (Matt), Kristy Briscoe, Matthew Briscoe, Katie Scruggs, Cassandra Briscoe, Collin Deel, Justin Briscoe and Kimberly Briscoe; and her great grandchildren, Audrey and Nathan. She is also survived by several other great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
