He was predeceased by: his parents, George DeLozier and Helen "Lenhart" DeLozier. He is survived by: his wife Fran "Jakubisin" DeLozier; his children, Rita Dingle (Ron), John Voorhies, Tim Voorhies (John) and Richard C. DeLozier (Mary); his grandchildren, Johnny, Bobby, Richard, Josh, Samantha, Ryan, Tyler and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Tristan, Penny, Beckett, Emma, Liam, Brady and Bowen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
