He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Moore and Bertha Moore; his wife Phyllis Moore; his siblings, Pauline, Ruth, Verlina, Patty and Eddie; and his son-in-law Fred Green.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Green, Gary Moore (Melody) and Doug Moore (Jackie); his grandchildren, Valerie, Lillian, Nick, Zach, Scott, Alyssa and Rachel; his siblings, Don Moore (Marie), Norma (David) and Janet (Ervin); and his pets, Rager, Abbi and Lilly. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
