He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Clark and Myrtle Clark (Friedel); his wife Betty Lemons; and his siblings, Raymond Clark, Boyd Clark, Jr., Richard Clark, Byron Clark, Ronald Clark, Phyllis Clark and Marjorie Bowers.
He is survived by: his children, Ben Clark (Bridget) of Ankney, IA, Phillip Clark of Kendallville, IN, Deborah Leach (Gordon) of Deridder, LA and Phoebe Hays of Van Wert, OH. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Den Herder Funeral Home (1000 W Wayne St, Paulding, OH 45879). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
