He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Raymond and Twyla Yvonne Rice (McClain); his son Barry Rice; and his brother Bill Rice. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Rice (McQuaide); his daughter Stephanie Woltz (Tim); his grandchildren, Ashley Woltz and Brady Woltz; and his great grandchildren, Liam Rucker, Abram Ruggles and Izzy Ruggles. He is also survived by family members and friends.
