He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Johnson and Carolyn Johnson (Callihan); his brother Paul "Doug" Johnson; his brothers-in-law, John Williams, Bob Virgin, Bob Noble, Jim Roundhouse and Brian Jaynes; and his mother-in-law Rita Hart.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Johnson (Hart); his children, Christy Bailey, Jared Johnson (Jessi), Shannon Blair and Ryan Johnson; his grandchildren, Dalton, Halley, Maddie, Dean, Harper, Mackenzie and Weston; his siblings, Mike Johnson (Eileen), Steve Johnson, Judy Virgin, Shelia Hart (Roy), Brenda Speakman (Don "Uncle Buck"), Robin Williams and Ann Francis (Gary); his sister-in-law Lisa Johnson; his father-in-law Melvin Hart (Mabel); his siblings-in-law, Terry Hart (Sharon), Brenda Roundhouse and Penny West (Jon); his cousin Monte Brown (Vanessa); and his close friend Robbie Roll. He is also survived by family and many other special friends.
