He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Barron Libby; his children, Steve Libby and Kathy; his son-in-law Eric Weber; his grandchildren, Madison Weber, Chelsea and Thomas Rogers; his great grandchildren, Ansley and Aden Rogers; his brother Bill; and his sisters-in-law, Kay Libby, Betty Libby and Bonnie Libby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at the Hamden Cemetery (669 S Main St, Hamden, OH 45634).
