She is survived by: her son Steven; her daughter-in-law Tiffany Sayers; her daughter Katelyn; her son-in-law Jason Farmer; her grandchildren, Jaycie Sayers, Gwyn Sayers and Jaxon Sayers; her siblings, Pat Fetherolf and Kenny Ousley; her nephews, Adam Fetherolf (Dawn) and Levi Ousley (Honami); her niece Laura Smith (Kyle); and her close friend Donna Ginther. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
