Though Terry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee W. Harper and Dorothy M. Gibson Harper; his daughter Tara Harper; and his siblings, Dwayne Harper, Linda Webb and Thelma Darling.
He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Williams Harper; his children, Tonya Wilkes and Brent Harper (Elizabeth); his stepdaughters, Amanda Southworth (Mike) and Patricia Horsley; and his sister Hazel Rowland. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
