He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Frederick and Daisy Bushman (Murray); and his former wife Juanita Bushman. He is survived by: his wife Mabel Bushman; his sons, Carl W. Bushman (Tonya) and Doug S. Bushman; his grandchildren, Carl, Chloe, Doug and Brady Bushman; his brother Rodger Bushman (Terri); his niece Bobbi; and his nephew Greg.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bethel Pentecostal Church (2738 OH-125, Bethel, OH 45106). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bethel Pentecostal Church of God (2738 OH-125, Bethel, OH 45102).
