Mullins of Hamersville, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Wendell Mullins and Joyce Ann Mullins. He is survived by : his wife Linda Mullins; his children, Scott Mullins (Andrea) and Stephanie Cole (Robert); his grandchildren, Kayla, Austin, Aidan, Ashton Mullins, Jacob, Breann, Joshua and Josie Cole; and his siblings, Windy Mullins (Judi), Patty Brownfield (Ken) and Sandy Bolender (late Larry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
