It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Allen Cook of Hamersville, Ohio, who passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Cook; his child Boston Bloomfield; and his nephew Anthony Ward, Jr.. He is survived by: his father Steven Cook; his children, Elisha Cook (Clinton Mason), Madeline McClamroch (Trevor), Kane Bird, Maleah Cook (Sean Copley), Clayton Gray, Jaida Bloomfield and Kiley Rowlands (Daniel Helton); his grandchildren, Liam Mason, Theodore McClamroch, Atlee Mason and Monroe McClamroch; his siblings, Anthony Ward, Tina Fussnecker, Betty Faul, Roger Cook (Melissa) and Steve Brown (Sherry); and his nieces and nephews, Jeffery Fussnecker (Madison), Makayla Fussnecker, Macie Cook and Brodie Fussnecker.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (315 W Plane St, Bethel, OH 45106). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
