She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Combs and Vina Elizabeth Combs (Gray); her sons, John Phillips Jr. and Michael Phillips; and her brother David Combs.
She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth "Christy" Evesque; her granddaughter Emma Elizabeth Evesque; and her siblings, Vernon "Bo" Combs (Candace) and Mary Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; extended relatives; and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Parkinson's Foundation in her name.
