She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Smith and Prudie Smith (Wagers); her husband Clarence Jay Frazier; her children, Donna Wilson and Jason Eric Frazier; and her siblings, Alma Hays and Andy Smith.
She is survived by: her son Christopher Jay Frazier; and her siblings, Sally Walters, Janet Wells, Cora Gang, John Smith (Jessica) and Michael Smith (Penny). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
