She is survived by: her son Tony Lewis; her brothers, Joe Spahn (Connie) and John Spahn (Jo Ann); and her grandsons, Tyler and Anthony Lewis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Cemetery (1314 Greenwood Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011).
