She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Spence and Bessie Spence; her husband James Wroot; her son Jimmy Wroot (Suzy); and her brother John Spence.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Smith (Amy) and Melissa Ann Price (Danny); and her grandchildren, Jacob Michael Smith, Nicole Jackson, Sarah Graham and Codi Cunningham.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Cemetery (4030 Pleasant Ave, Hamilton, OH 45015).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati (Hamilton, OH facilty) or to the Animal Friends Humane Society.
