She was predeceased by: her brothers, James Wright, Ronald Wright and Terry Wright. She is survived by: her husband James Howard Overbey Sr.; her children, Jim Overbey (David King), Jodie McCutchen (John), Jamie Jackson (Mat) and Joy Smith (Ron Chapman); her grandchildren, Casey, Justin, Ashley, Courtney, Jesse, James, Logan, Austin, Madeline and Vincent; her great grandchildren, Zayn, Aizik, Sophia, Michael, Jacob, Eliana, Ignacia, Brenda, Jesse James, Wayne, Thomas and Jamie; her brother Darrell Wright (Pam); and her sister-in-law Lois Wright.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home (400 Reading Rd, Mason, OH 45040). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the West Chester Township Cemetery (6425 West Chester Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Paws Adoption Center, located at 6302 Crossings Blvd, Mason, OH 45040, in honor of her compassionate spirit.
