We announce the death of Birdena Brinson (Hamilton, Ohio), who passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 95. Birdena will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Lonnie Meece and Bertha Meece; her husband Arnold E Brinson; her son Calvin Brinson; and her siblings, Wesley Meece, Arnold Meece, Joe Meece, Ruby Mounce and Evelyn Slavey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sylvia Jean Riley (Gene), Sharon Keal (John) and Carol Sue Clear (Tom); her siblings, Rev. Vestal Meece (Sheila) and Doris Brinson; her granddaughters, Cathie Eickhoff (Brad) and Lisa Lazear (Noah); and her great grandchildren, Eli Lazear, Cassie Stump, Rocco Peters, Ridge Peters, Rendale Peters, Madison Keal, Dylan Amann, Brooks Clear, Wyatt Clear and Elisabeth Largent. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Cincinnati.
