He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Howard and Madeline Howard; and his siblings, Kenneth Howard and Charolette Moore. He is survived by: his girlfriend Karen Giacin; his children, Leah Wiess (Mary), Jason Howard (Amy) and Bradley Howard (Andrea); and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
