He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his brother Gary Hamilton; his children, Billie Jo Foley (Calvin), David Black (Mindy), Mark Black (Darlene) and John Black (Jennifer); his stepchildren, Becky Haines Wyan (Bill) and Buddy Haines (Michelle); and his nephew Johnny Basil. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces.
