She is survived by: her children, Allie Jenkins and Camry Jenkins (Dylan Spivey); her siblings, Kim Courtney (David), Scott Blankenship (Brandy) and Tracy Ward (Kevin Jones); her siblings' children, Marie Courtney, Abby Courtney, Joel Courtney and Colton Blankenship; her uncle Mark; her aunt Barb Jennings; and her cousins, Kristen Klenke (Matthew) and Tyler Jennings. She is also survived by numerous relatives and many dear friends.
