Carla left this world on September 29, 2025 at the age of 57, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Blankenship and Carl Harold Blankenship; and her stepfather Johnny Booth. She is survived by: her children, Allie Jenkins and Camry Jenkins (Dylan Spivey); her siblings, Kim Courtney (David), Scott Blankenship (Brandy) and Tracy Ward (Kevin Jones); her siblings' children, Marie Courtney, Abby Courtney, Joel Courtney and Colton Blankenship; her uncle Mark; her aunt Barb Jennings; and her cousins, Kristen Klenke (Matthew) and Tyler Jennings. She is also survived by numerous relatives and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home - Goshen Chapel (1668 State Rte 28, Goshen, OH 45122). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
