Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his son Charles James Withrow; and his parents, Charles Oscar Withrow and Katherine Bell. He is survived by: his wife Daisy M. Withrow; his siblings, Keith Withrow (Sherri), Leonard Withrow (Paula), Faye Whitson and Wilma Dillman; his granddaughters, Cherish and Chloe Humphrey; and his niece Sarah Withrow. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home (330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
