He was predeceased by: his son Charles James Withrow; and his parents, Charles Oscar Withrow and Katherine Bell. He is survived by: his wife Daisy M. Withrow; his siblings, Keith Withrow (Sherri), Leonard Withrow (Paula), Faye Whitson and Wilma Dillman; his granddaughters, Cherish and Chloe Humphrey; and his niece Sarah Withrow. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
