He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Garrett and Lilly Garrett (Moreland); his son Christopher Garrett; his sister Judy Hopkins; and his nephew Danny Rae Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Garrett; his children, Tim Garrett (Judy), Sherry Kaiser (Eric) and Jason Garrett; his grandchildren, April, Ben, Brittany, Taylor, Michael, Kaylin, Kylie and Carly; his great grandchildren, Brynlee, Isabella and Stella; and his siblings, Vicky Garrett, Gill, Lee and Darrell Garrett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
