He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Withrow and Irene Withrow; and his nephew Jeff Withrow. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Stricker; his siblings, Mary Jo Withrow, Carol Lee Withrow, James Withrow (Beverley) and Daniel Withrow (Gloria); and his close friend Sandy Downie. He is also survived by Two Nieces, one nephew, six great-nephews, three great-nieces, two great-great-nephews, five great-great- nieces.
His contributions to the Legion reflected his unwavering dedication to supporting fellow veterans and serving his community.
