He was predeceased by : his parents, William Thomas Frazier and Grace Mae Mulligan (Youngman); his siblings, Gloria Mae Rucker, Addie Bishop, Taylor Frazier, Elizabeth Mardis, Ron Mardis and William Frazier; and his daughter Kimberly Metcalf.

He is survived by : his daughters, Brenda Cook (Derrick Blevins) and Erica Frazier (Micheal Spencer); his grandchildren, Ashley Deaton (Robert), James Metcalf, Brendan Butler, Damon Butler, Catherine Spencer, Samantha Spencer, Jennifer Proffitt and Kylee O'Keefe; and his siblings, Pam Martin (Dewey) and Floyd Frazier (Debbie).
