She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ralph and Barbara Joan Hanes, Sr. (Ursell); her husband Clark Robert Moore, Sr.; her brothers, Randy, Timmy and Jamie Hanes; her siblings-in-law, Joseph, Gail, Darrel, Mark, Keith and Beverly Moore; and her niece Missy Hooker.
She is survived by: her sons, Clark Moore, Jr. (Paula) and Jeffrey Moore (Kim); her grandchildren, Joshua, Ashley and Jake; her great grandchildren, Landyn, Jensen and Madisyn; her sisters, Susan Hanes and Nikki Whitaker; and her sisters-in-law, Lorene, Karen and Patty Moore. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and her dogs.
