He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Fields and Kathleen Fields; his brothers, Michael, John and Ronny Fields; his nieces and nephews, Makayla, Amber, Trinity, Bradley and Jesse; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zander, Dexter, Skylar Rose and Connor; and his great-aunt Loretta Fannin. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
