He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jefferson Johnson and Mary Catherine Johnson (Bowling). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Johnson; his children, Shawn Johnson (Eryn) and Misty McKinney (James); his grandchildren, Hannah (Doug), Emma, Meleah, Jon, Trinity, Jonah, Sophie and Dylan; and his brother Jim Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
