He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Russell (Mildred) and Helen Russell; his spouse Fay Collett; his daughters, Kimberly Russell, Patricia Combs and Deborah Cummins; his grandsons, Bobby Combs and Steven Cummins; and his siblings, Robert Lee Russell, Florence Augspurger and Mary Meister.
He is survived by: his daughters, Glenda Sebastian (Clayton), Carolyn Saunders (Randy), Rhonda Ellison (Mike) and Cheryl Russell; his grandchildren, Kimmy, Patty, David, Jimmy, Karen, Sharon, Timmy, Thomas and Jennifer; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan, Blake, Kelsie, Makenna, Konner, Jordan, Bailey, Karlie, Brenden, Jude, Emma, Elizabeth, Eden, Ella, John, Kierra, Kyla, Matthew and Marissa; his great great grandchildren, Reece, Renly, Kynlee, Kyrie, Desiree, Rio and Atlas; and his sisters, Mae Campbell and Sarah Morefield (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
