We bid farewell to Debarah Ann Horton of Hamilton, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 30, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Halcomb and Delois Halcomb; and her friend Sue Schnell. She is survived by: her husband James R. Horton; her godchildren, Hilary Brooks, Annie Payton-Williams and Jamie Payton; her brother-in-law Tom Horton (Pam); and her friends, Jennifer Scott and Jeanne Brooks. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Hospital or to Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
