She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Kalivoda and Ruth Kalivoda (Turner). She is survived by: her husband Michael D. Schmaltz; her daughters, Kim Mays (Joe) and Tonya Rice (Rick); her granddaughters, Isabella Mays, Kayla Lambarth (Dave) and Chelsea Rice (Gavin McCarty); and her great grandchild Brooks Lambarth.
